Experience
Chris has co-developed a number of tools and techniques that are used to assess a number of capabilities both of the corporation and the individuals working in it. These tools have proven to be successful across a number of industry sectors and applied to different industry standards. He also uses an approach and framework to develop corporate operating models and a pathway to implementing them that has proved successful across a number of industries.
Notable Successes:
- Designed and implemented the retail channel for a UK MVNO in four months
- Lead the assessment and redevelopment of an international food manufacturing equipment corporation’s global programme & project delivery capability whilst managing a programme portfolio of circa €100M
- Created a European supply chain consultancy division for a US based international retail software & service corporation, launching proposition that leveraged the core capabilities of the wider company
- Designed the target operating model for a US Telecom OpCo
- Designed a magazine supply chain industry change programme consisting of four principle wholesalers, distributors and sponsoring operating company
